This development grant program has been offered for a limited time and is on a first come, first served basis. Due to overwhelming demand and preliminary approvals that have almost reached our initial funding limits - a deadline has been set for accepting completed new application packages for our special infrastructure, job creation and/or green energy development financing programs. The deadline for completed submissions will be the close of business on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2009.

Funds are limited. Once the deadline passes, no new applications will be processed until further notice. If additional funds are made available at a later date, we will notify all interested parties in the order that their completed application packages were received.

General Details:

  • $10 Million minimum CASH investment in U.S. Treasuries with Bank of America or Chase required
  • Client can receive up to 7 times the amount they invest in funding for their development project.
  • Funds must be used for job creation, green energy, infrastructure or humanitarian projects.
  • U.S. and International locations eligible
  • Commercial Properties Only – No Residential
  • No application fees or up-front due diligence cost at all!!
